IT Technical Support 17k - 24k

You will be offering first line customer service and support for our software, hardware and websites to a diverse customer base from around the world. As part of the team, you will also have the chance to travel to carry out installations and training at customer sites so a willingness to see a bit of the world in a pre-requisite.

Core responsibilities;

  • Offering 1st line Customer Service and Support via a help desk and phone
  • Investigating and troubleshooting issues to a satisfactory resolution
  • Communicate with the Support Team Manager and escalate any required matters
  • Support the Project Management team with hardware and database set up

The role can be very fast paced and diverse so you will need to be able to think on your feet, problem solve, be willing to learn and never turn down a challenge.

This is a full time, permeant position based on a 36.5 working hour week
