Technical Support Manager 27k - 35k

As the technical support manager, you will be tasked with leading a team of IT support engineers and helping them to deliver 1st class, 1st line customer service to our existing and growing customer bases. This is a fast-paced environment and every day will present fresh challenges for you to overcome.


  • Effectively managing the team
  • Ensuring customer requests are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Escalating requests as required to other departments
  • Handling customer enquiries
  • Liaising and reporting to the management team.

Strong Organisation skills, Leadership skills and Customer Service skills are essential for this role and experience in a similar position is essential

This is a full time, permeant position based on a 36.5 working hour week.
