We require an enthusiastic and dedicated person to join our UK support team. Willingness and ability to travel are a pre-requisite as successful candidates will be required to visit client sites.
Core responsibilities include, interacting with customers in a professional and polite manner, the ability to take responsibility for issues and see them through to a resolution satisfactory to the client, and being able to effectively communicate with other members of the team.
Specific experience or qualifications are not necessary; however successful candidates will be gauged on their aptitude and attitude to the role.
The candidate must be fluent in English, but applicants with other language skills would be highly desirable, especially Spanish.
