We are expanding our Support Team for 2019/2020, we are looking to take on more staff to become IT Technical Support Technicians with the scope to train with us to become an IT Technical Support Engineer.
You will be offering first line customer service and support for our software, hardware and websites to a diverse customer base from around the world. As part of the team, you will also have the chance to travel to carry out installations and training at customer sites so a willingness to see a bit of the world in a pre-requisite.
The role can be very fast paced and diverse so you will need to be able to think on your feet, problem solve, be willing to learn and never turn down a challenge.
The role requires enrolment onto an out of hours support rota if the candidate passes probationary period.
